The blockchain revolution is here. We are looking for the next-gen leaders to build the decentralized future with the blockchain incubation program by the Blockchain Founders Group. From February to April 2022, we will provide financial support, and mentorship to turn your ideas into reality. We support each startup that we build with you with €60,000. The startups we build should be (but do not have to be) related to crypto, DeFi, NFT, IoT, CO2 compensation business models. The application deadline is January 16, 2022. From February to summer 2022, we will provide mentorship, financial support, and support for next-generation business models related to crypto, DeFi, NFT, IoT, CO2 compensation.

What is the game plan for 2022?

For the very first time, Blockchain Founders Group will launch the first batch of BFG Superstars. The program aims to pick 5-7 startups per batch which will receive financial support and mentorship. The goal is to provide capable and talented entrepreneurs with a chance to prosper with our expertise in company building. 

Focus areas of the 1st batch of BFG Superstars 

The startups we build should (but do not have to be) related to the following fields:

• Decentralized Finance (DeFi)
• NFTs
• Bitcoin Lightning
• Business models related to CO2 compensation
• Metaverse and Web3

Who can apply?

We are looking for talented candidates with a passion for blockchain technology and entrepreneurship. You could be someone who has previous experience with Web3 projects already, or someone looking to make the jump to Web3 with a technical, educational or commercial background in a related field. You don’t need an idea or a team to join. We just need you and your passion and the rest is on us. • Market Insights: During the 8 weeks program, we will have market-leading companies, CEOs, and blockchain experts join our workshops so that you gain the most out of the program and leave with exclusive market insights. What is the BFG?

Max Zheng is head of BFG Superstars at Blockchain Founders Group (BFG). Max has led multiple blockchain projects and helped with the legal formation of over 5 startups in the past. His field of expertise is within NFTs, tokenization, prop tech, DAOs and other blockchain-based business models. Jong-Chan Chung is a research assistant at the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center (FSBC) and venture manager at the Blockchain Founders Group (BFG). His fields of interest are applications of blockchain and DLT systems as well as decentralized finance. He holds a dual Master’s degree in public policy from the Hertie School and the University of Tokyo.

Adrian Zembsch is venture manager at Blockchain Founders Group Superstar Program, vice president of Blockchain@Columbia, and co-launched the student-run Lion DAO with active delegation rights for DeFi protocols such as Uniswap and Compound. He is interested in DeFi, digital assets and the new paradigms which blockchain applications unlock for society around ideas of governance, trust, and value. Adrian is currently finishing up his studies in the Dual BA Program between Columbia University in the City of New York and Tel Aviv University.
