Why should you apply for the BFG Superstars incubation program?

Blockchain Founders Group welcomes web3 enthusiasts and entrepreneurs globally to the BFG Superstars program. For the upcoming Season 5, BFG plans to select 50 high-potential candidates for the 3-month incubation program. Future founders will receive comprehensive support from Blockchain Founders Group, including mentorship, advisory network access, best practices in company-building, public visibility, and the commitment to transform startups into Superstars. Ultimately, 5-7 selected startups will receive pre-seed support of up to €70,000 and exposure to a high-profile investors’ network.

The program provides a holistic experience, from finding the right co-founder to expert workshops and exclusive Q&A sessions with leaders in the blockchain and venture capital industry. Topics covered include customer development, community building in web3, protocol grants, pitch deck optimization, legal entity foundation, growth hacks, and more, allowing participants to implement learnings directly into their startups - we take “learning by doing” to the next level.

Who are we looking for?

We seek entrepreneurial minds passionate about blockchain technology, whether experienced in web3 projects or transitioning from web2. A specific idea or team is not necessarily required, as ideation workshops are part of the program. With insights from reviewing 1000+ pitch decks annually, BFG understands emerging trends and provides opportunities to meet co-founders within the program.

Preference is given to founders prioritizing the venture over other opportunities and embodying a "hustler" mentality. For instance, if your first reaction to required outreach and marketing efforts is to say “let’s outsource it”, then this is a questionable approach, especially at such an early stage. A founder-market fit enhances startup success, and while industry pivots are not discouraged, building expertise takes time.
