Program Experience

Before joining the BFG Adrenaline accelerator program, Yoki Finance had recently launched its protocol after extensive development. Konstantin acknowledged the team's technical strengths, but experienced challenges in refining their market strategy, and navigating regulatory frameworks, tokenomics and legal domains. One of their main challenges was achieving product-market fit, which remained a primary goal amidst competitive pressures in the defi space.

Central to Yoki Finance's growth in the program was the one-to-one mentoring provided during the weekly sessions, where milestones and KPIs were established in tandem with the team’s growth and progression, with rigorous reporting each week.

The team also enjoyed the plethora of networking opportunities during the program, and working alongside their cohort mates, who were a great gauge for progress. The weekly town hall sessions with the teams’ sharings also reminded Yoki Finance that they were not alone in facing these challenges.
